The MHCcombine WebApp combines up to 12 different MHC class-I binding prediction methods from several prediction servers.

With MHCcombine you can simultaneously query several peptide-MHC class-I binding prediction servers. After submitting a protein sequence and your required peptide specification this tool automatically sends your request to the selected servers for prediction and collects the output in a sortable file of comma-separated values (csv).

1) Enter the sequence of your protein of interest in FASTA format:
(maximum 1000 amino acids)

2) Select the MHC species/loci of interest:

3) Select the MHC type of interest:
(Only one MHC type per query)

4) Select the prediction methods:
NetMHC 4.0
NetMHC 3.4
NetMHCpan 4.0
NetMHCpan 3.0
NetMHCpan 2.8
NetMHCcons 1.1 (queried as IEDB_NetMHCcons)
Pickpocket 1.1 (queried as IEDB_pickpocket)
IEDB Recommended
IEDB Consensus
IEDB SMMPMBEC
IEDB SMM
SYFPEITHI

5) Select the peptide length:
8
9
10
11
12
8-11

6) Enter an ID for your protein sequence of interest:
Only use lower case letters or numbers (max 10 characters).
This ID will be used in the output filename for your convenience.

7) Submit your request
